In the Breakbulk and project logistics industry, success is built on the foundation of the 7 R’s (or Rights). These include the right service, customer, budget, place, resources, time, and cost. By adhering to these ideals and principles, organizations can ensure they are providing the best services and logistics management to their customers. Project Logistics plays a crucial role in achieving high levels of productivity, as it reduces the time taken to get the required goods and services to the final job site. Project Logistics is an important part of project management, which plans, implements and controls the efficient, effective flow and storage of goods, services and related information from the supplier to the job site to satisfy project requirements. Project Logistics involves the planning and review of project tasks related to the logistics to ensure they meet the required standards, as well as safety and quality assurance to make sure the accuracy of the items acquired. Shipping and handling also play an integral role, as it regulates and controls the time taken to move the items from the shipping point to the delivery point. Overall, logistics is a crucial part of the project supply chain as it ensures that the right equipemnt and materials are delivered to the job site, in the right quantity, in the right condition, at the right place, at the right time, and at the right cost.

It is important to develop a system to track and update the budget to ensure that the project remains within its allocated funds.

4. Right Resources

Project logistics requires the right resources to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. These resources include personnel, equipment, and materials, and it is important to have a thorough understanding of the requirements for each resource to ensure that the availability is sufficient and deployed or delivered to the right place.

5. Right Quality
